Originally from Bulgaria, I moved to the U.S. when I was 22, eager to embrace new opportunities and build a life in the real estate industry. Over the past 17 years, I’ve honed my expertise, working with a wide range of clients to help them navigate the often-complex process of buying and selling homes.

We needed to sell our out-of-state rental property and were so lucky to find Gevi. Our tenants vacated and left the house in very bad shape, so we had to remodel the property before selling. We have a busy schedule and traveling back and forth was just not an option. Gevi oversaw the remodel and helped us save a lot of money by connecting us with local honest professionals. The garage door installer she recommended was quite a bit less expensive than the one the property management company recommended, she helped us find appliances and was there when the utility company needed access even though it was Thanksgiving week. She was always responsive and kept us updated on what was happening. At the end, from remodeling to selling the property, it was all done remotely thanks to the diligent representation we received from Gevi and her team. She is a rock star and we would never hesitate to recommend Gevi to anyone needing a real estate professional in the Las Vegas market.
